So Jalopnik.com came across our Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa's driving guidelines which from the website which seems to be written by some intehayi bachoda. seriously? what else can you make it out from the words?

Even the link has the letter "E" missing from safety making it sound indeed the Pakistani way,'Safty'. So hats of to the writer for being a Pakistani by heart rather a poser!
